1 – We confirm that GUTIERREZALEU MT is your direct supplier and responsible for issuing all shipping and delivery documents (AWB, BOL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Sanitary Certificate, etc.).
2 – We want to offer our clients all possible guarantees of security and trust, so that the commercial relationship is long-term and becomes a stable client, giving you all possible payment facilities (LC, PayPal or SWIFT), we will never ask you to send us money via Western Union, Moneygram, etc. Everything is done via bank management (Banco Español) under the prior issuance of official documentation (Pro-forma Invoice), correctly signed and sealed.
3 – GUTIERREZALEU MT , has the corresponding EORI certificate, as an intra-community and extra-community operator, so we carry out monthly procedures with a multitude of customs offices internationally and this guarantees our clients that we know all the necessary documentation and legislation so that their merchandise arrives correctly.
4 – GUTIERREZALEU MT works with large international logistics operators, such as CONTAINERS, SA (https://www.containers.es), which allows us to carry out very agile export dispatches, land, sea or air freight at an international level.
5 – We make FOB, CFR or CIF deliveries to any port or airport in the world.
6 – With us, our clients can choose two options:
a) Spanish product that guarantees the customer that it meets the highest standards of quality and health (In general, all our products are Spanish or, failing that, European).
b) Or if the customer prefers a lower price and quality is not as important to them, we also have international distribution agreements signed with manufacturers in China, India, South America, etc., countries that allow us to supply the same merchandise, but at a lower price. The advantage of these countries is their cheaper labor and more flexible health and safety regulations than those in Europe, which lowers production, logistics, export, and other costs.

INTERNATIONAL INTERMEDIATION
1- First of all, we want to make it very clear that we are not commission agents and we do not charge any type of commission.
2- We don’t mind working with reputable intermediaries who have received a formal order from a client or acquaintance, but we don’t pay commission to said intermediary, since the order is placed by the client, so they can find the product they need and can’t find. Therefore, it is their client or contact who should compensate them for their commission for the work of searching for and finding a reliable and stable supplier.
3- We ask that you refrain from contacting chains of intermediaries. We will only work with one intermediary, always demonstrating your seriousness as a representative of a serious buyer.
4- If someone contacts you claiming to be a representative of GUTIERREZALEU MT , be suspicious immediately, as GUTIERREZALEU MT does not issue any type of mandate due to company security policy.
5 – No type of corporate offer is issued or exchanged blindly, all the necessary information is available on our corporate website and will only be quoted once the client indicates to the intermediary the type of product they need from our website, the monthly or SPOT quantity, the specifications, the port or airport of unloading, etc… Then we will quote according to your needs and we will indicate under what terms the operation will be carried out, the buyer will communicate to the intermediary the acceptance of the proposal and at that moment, we will issue an offer addressed only to the buyer, never to third parties or before completing this important step.

IF YOU ARE A SPANISH MANUFACTURER AND LOOKING FOR RAW MATERIALS
1 – If you have a factory in Spain or even in Europe and are looking for raw materials to supply your plant, we can also act as a Spanish importer and ship the product you need from the country of origin (Complete management!!).
2 – With GUTIERREZALEU MT , you’ll even have the peace of mind of forgetting about importing into Spain, as we take care of EVERYTHING : exports at source, air or sea freight or transit, import clearance in Spain, and subsequent land transit or logistics within Spain.
3 – Depending on the product you need, the quantity, frequency, etc. We will focus on the most suitable country for your needs (China, Vietnam, Argentina, India, etc.) and will inform you down to the smallest detail about the product you will receive.
4 – In this case, the operation or delivery would be defined as DDP (All paid at your facilities or warehouses) and you would be quoted without you having to pay a single Euro more in taxes, but we will have to include the corresponding VAT in our invoice.
CERTIFICATIONS
1 – We work with the vast majority of international certification bodies (SGS, Intertek, Cotegna, etc.) and they will be responsible for certifying the loading and closure of the container at the time of shipment (net/gross weight, units, etc.), so that our clients have complete peace of mind when waiting for the arrival of their merchandise.
2 – Depending on the type of product, we sometimes also certify the chain of manufacturing and custody of the goods in the factory, but this is only for very special, complex, and valuable products.
PROCEDURES
We will only serve reputable, properly identified companies and will not issue any confidential documents via email unless the recipient is properly identified and has a clear interest in purchasing:
1) The customer tells us via email the product, the quantity they wish to purchase, the port or airport of delivery, payment terms, etc. Along with their company details (Website, Dossier, etc.) and we give them a price via email based on their needs and conditions.
2) If the customer accepts, a formal signed and sealed sales offer is sent to the customer, along with further information and other documents if necessary.
3) The client signs and returns the offer via email.
4) The supply contract is reviewed and signed (if applicable), we issue the proforma invoice after the contract is signed and the customer makes the payment.
5) We begin with all the processing, packaging, delivery and export management of the merchandise to its destination.
